   Fuel pump armature It is a device that continuously draws fuel from the fuel tank and provides fuel at a specified and specified flow rate. Based on the function of the fuel pump armature, the performance of the fuel pump armature directly affects the performance of the engine.

  The fuel pump armature is the "heart" of the electronic fuel injection engine. The fuel pump armature has two ways of supplying fuel. One is external, that is, the fuel pump is connected in series on the pipeline outside the fuel tank. The other is built-in, that is, the fuel pump is installed in the fuel tank and immersed in gasoline, so the fuel pump is easy to heat, low noise, and long service life, so it is widely used.

  In the fuel, the electric fuel pump is responsible for supplying a certain amount of fuel, and its unit fuel consumption is more than 8 times between the rated power operating conditions of the engine. A large amount of fuel continuously returns to the fuel tank through the oil pressure regulator, and the oil pressure regulator controls the oil pressure and cools the fuel pipe to avoid air blockage.

  The function of the fuel pump armature:

  1. The main components of the fuel pump armature motor include permanent magnets fixed on the body and armature reaction that generates an electromagnetic torque, as well as a brush device installed on the body. The brush contacts the armature on the commutator;

  Connect the wires to the outside of the terminal, wrap the armature of the pressure-controlled fuel pump armature, rivet the coil on the outside of the fuel pump armature, and assemble the components into a non-dismountable component;

  3. The additional service functions of the fuel pump are completed by the safety valve and the check valve. The safety valve can prevent excessive pressure caused by blockage of the traditional fuel system pipeline, resulting in oil pipe rupture or fuel pump damage.

  4. The role of the check valve is to seal the fuel pipe when the fuel pump stops working, keeping the fuel at a certain level, so that the next engine can start easily.

  The fuel pump armature consists of a pump body, a DC system motor, and a pump. Its basic management work analysis principle is that the DC motor drives the rotor in the pump to rotate at high speed by energizing time. The cross-section of the rotor shaft at the lower end is combined with the cross-section design of the impeller inner hole, so that the rotor rotates, and the rotor shaft drives other impellers to continuously rotate in the same direction. During the high-speed rotation of the impeller, a vacuum low pressure is generated between the oil inlet parts. Then, the filtered fuel is sucked in from the inlet of the pump cover, the sucked fuel is pressurized by the fuel pump impeller into the pump, and then pressed out from the outlet, providing a certain amount of fuel quality. The structure of the DC motor mainly includes permanent magnets fixed on the inner wall of the pump, a rotor that can generate magnetic torque when energized, and a graphite carbon brush assembly installed on the top of the pump. The carbon brush is in an elastic non-contact state with the commutator on the armature rotor, and the plug wiring electrode of the lead connection body. The two ends outside the fuel pump armature are riveted with coils, becoming a non-dismountable component.

Manufacturing principle of brushless motor stator and rotor

The stator and rotor of a brushless motor are a motor structure whose manufacturing principle is based on electromagnetic principles and motor manufacturing technology. This structure has higher efficiency and less mechanical wear compared to the traditional brushed motor stator and rotor structure, so it is widely used in various industrial fields such as wind power generation, electric vehicles, and drones. This article will provide a detailed introduction to the manufacturing principle of the brushless motor stator and rotor. First, the brushless motor stator and rotor structure consists of two parts: the stator and the rotor. The stator contains several coils, which are made of conductors, while the rotor has permanent magnets or other magnets. The rotor and stator interact through a magnetic field to generate torque and drive the motor to work. Second, in the manufacturing of the brushless motor stator and rotor, advanced manufacturing processes and materials are required. The stator coils are generally made of copper wire, and the shape and number of coils are determined according to actual working needs. In order to ensure that the gap between the stator coils and the rotor is as small as possible, the distance between the stator and the rotor is generally only a few millimeters. Finally, during the motor manufacturing process, the stator and rotor need to be precisely processed to ensure their mutual matching accuracy. At the same time, the motor also needs to be finely assembled and tested to ensure its performance and quality. The manufacturing principle of the brushless motor stator and rotor structure...

Get to know brushless DC motor stators and rotors in one minute

A brushless motor is an electric motor that converts electrical energy into mechanical energy. It is widely used in various fields, including industry, home appliances, and automobiles. The principle of a brushless motor's stator and rotor is based on the interaction between the electromagnetic field and the magnetic field within the motor. Generally, a brushless motor consists of a stator and a rotor. The stator is fixed to the housing, while the rotor is mounted on the motor shaft and rotates with it. The rotor of a brushless motor does not have a commutator and brushes; instead, it directly integrates permanent magnets or coils, resulting in better efficiency, longer lifespan, and higher reliability. The principle of the brushless motor's stator and rotor is implemented through electronic technology and circuit control. Electronic components replace mechanical switching, and feedback control is used to control the rotor. Brushless motors typically use Hall sensors to detect the rotor position, and a high-performance controller controls the current and axial force. The speed can also be controlled by adjusting the current and voltage. In summary, the principle of a brushless motor's stator and rotor relies on the interaction between the electromagnetic field and the magnetic field. Through the use of modern electronic technology and controllers, the rotor position of the brushless motor can be precisely controlled, resulting in more efficient, durable, and reliable operation.
