Fuel pump armature It is a key component in the process of electromechanical energy conversion in a motor. For a generator, it is the component that generates electromotive force. Below is some basic knowledge about fuel pump armatures.

The fuel pump armature is the part of the motor that has coils, and the coils move relative to the magnetic field. In a generator, it generates induced electromotive force in the coils, and the coils rotate under force to generate electricity. In a motor, the energized coils are subjected to Ampere force in the magnetic field, causing them to rotate in the magnetic field. In fact, in the mid-19th century, the term was used for inductors, i.e., the support of magnets. Since everyone will use fuel pump armatures, you need to know that components of an alternator or related equipment can be represented mechanically or electrically. Although these two sets of terms are distinctly separate, they are often used interchangeably, or a combination of mechanical and electrical terms may be included. Confusion may arise when using composite machines such as brushless alternators, or when conversing among people accustomed to using differently configured machines. In fact, in most fuel pumps, the magnetic field is rotating and is part of the rotor, while it is stationary and part of the stator.

The fuel pump armature is generated by excitation. In both generating and motor modes, it carries current and produces what is called armature flux. The effect of armature flux on the main magnetic field is called armature reaction. Well, at this point, the reaction is that the demagnetizing effect can be overcome by adding extra ampere-turns to the main magnetic field windings. The fuel pump armature has common magnetic poles to reduce cross-magnetization effects. In amplifier rotating amplifiers, armature reaction is essential. In addition, it is also necessary to know that the reduction of armature reaction force is the impact on the main pole flux distribution of the generator. Of course, this is mainly because the armature is wound, so whenever current flows through the wire, the armature forms a magnetic field. At right angles, this is called cross-magnetization of the fuel pump armature. The effect of the armature field is to distort the generator magnetic field and move the neutral plane. Or in the neutral plane, the armature windings move parallel to the magnetic field lines, which is why the axis located in this plane is called the magnetic neutral axis (MNA). This effect is called armature reaction and is proportional to the current flowing in the armature windings.
